Use provided polishing cloth on dry jewelry to remove any tarnish that may develop with age. If a deeper clean is desired, place the jewelry in a mixture of mild dish detergent and warm water or a commercial jewelry cleaning solution. Using a soft toothbrush, carefully scrub the surface, rinse again, and dry with a soft cotton cloth. Our packaging is designed to be the perfect storage for your pieces. Store each item separately, or wrap individually to avoid scratching. 

8th Court works exclusively with cultivated diamonds grown by a highly skilled team in New York. Rather than being mined from the ground, every diamond is crafted under specific conditions which mimic those that occur naturally under the earth. Cultivated diamonds are anatomically and physically identical to mined diamonds. Each stone has its own unique growth pattern, imperfections, inclusions, and characteristics.

We ship all in stock orders with complimentary 2nd day shipping via Fedex. All packages require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance purposes. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Please note that we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.

We require a signature upon receipt of all pieces. We want to ensure you get your package as safely as possible so therefore we’re unable to accommodate requests for there to be no signature required.

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the US. We plan to expand our shipping to international territories in the very near future. Stay tuned.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer engraving services or commissions at this time. We hope to offer these services in the future and will be sure to announce this feature as soon as it becomes available.

If you’d like to repair one of your pieces, please reach out to us directly at
info@8thcourtjewelry.com for instructions. We offer a six-month warranty from the date of receipt on all pieces that have been unaltered or modified by a third party. All repairs within warranty will be complimentary. If your purchase exceeds our six month repair warranty we ask that you please send us your piece for us to inspect and we’ll forward a quote for repair for your approval. If we are unable to repair your piece for any reason, we will reach out to you directly with a resolution. Repairs take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete and you’ll receive tracking details once your piece has been completed and is ready to ship.

Yes, you may cancel your order up to 48 hours from the day it was placed. Should you need to change or remove any item from your order kindly reach out to us directly at
